style. Bike has never been wrecked. I would drive this bike to California if I had a reason to do so, it is that reliable. Mileage is 30,000. These engines routinely last well over 100,000 miles. The oils have been changed every 3000 to 4000 miles and only the best synthetics were used. Engine does not drip oil. Tires have Dyna-Beads installed and the ride is tire vibration free. Bolt Headlines Returning 2015 Models From Star & Yamaha
Thu, 05 Jun 2014With all the excitement focused on the FZ-07′s stateside introduction, let us not forget these equally important models returning to Star’s and Yamaha’s 2015 lineup: the Bolt and Bolt R-Spec, the street-legal WR250R, XT250 and TW200, and the Blu Cru MXers; the 2-stroke YZ85/125/250, and 4-stroke YZ250F/450F. Bolt Like the FZ-09′s success, the Bolt is a smash hit for Star Motorcycles. So good, in fact, Star says the Bolt and Bolt R-Spec have been the best selling metric cruisers in all displacement sizes for the last 12 months ending in April of this year.
Yamaha Developing 250cc Sportbike for India in 2014
Wed, 12 Dec 2012Yamaha has been rumored to be working on a 250cc sportbike for quite some time now. In fact, the other three members of the Japanese Big Four have launched new models in the small-displacement segment in recent years, but none of these new generation small-displacement bikes bear Yamaha‘s crossed tuning fork logo. That may change by 2014 however.
Showdown: 2022 Aprilia Tuareg 660 Vs. Yamaha Tenere 700
Thu, 25 Aug 2022Middleweight adventure bikes duke it out on a 2,000 mile tour Credit: Photos by Evans Brasfield | Videos by Sean Matic As we motored slaunchways across Utah, the late daylight stretched our shadows and cast golden hues against the tall canyon walls, further accentuating the contrast between the rust colored ancient seabeds peppered with lush green juniper and muted sage. The lavender sky over Bryce faded as we continued westward on Hwy 12. Refusing to pack a second visor for my Shoei Hornet X2, I lifted the dark smoke shield as I led our crew into the dark dense forest, keeping my line of sight just above the Ténéré’s windscreen in an attempt to protect my peepers from the onslaught of kamikaze insects.
