1974 YAMAHA RD250 HAS ABOUT 4K MILES ON IT NOT CURRENTLY RUNNING HASN'T RUN IN YEARS- BEEN SITTING IN A GARAGE TOP END IS STUCK- NOT SURE IF ITS GUMMED UP FROM SITTING OR SEIZED. I SPARAYED SOME PENETRATING OIL INTO THE CYLINDERS BUT HAVEN'T DONE ANYTHING ELSE TO IT. SO IT MIGHT NEED THE TOP END GONE THRU, FREED UP OR WHATEVER. CARBS NEED TO BE CLEANED AS THE THROTTLE FEELS STUCK. I USUALLY GO THROUGH ALL THIS STUFF BUT UNFORTUNATELY I DO NOT HAVE TIME THIS MONTH SO ITS GOING AS IS CHEAP. FIX IT UP AND RESELL IT AND MAKE SOME MONEY OR KEEP IT AS THESE THINGS ARE GOING UP IN VALUE MORE AND MORE. ONLY HAS LIKE 4400 mileS ON IT MISSING RIGHT SIDE COVER. ORIGINAL PAINT RIGHT SIDE OF TANK HAS A SMALL DENT- SEE PICS. BACK END OF THE SEAT IS SPLIT- SEE PICS. CLEAN TITLE SHIFTS THROUGH THE GEARS THIS IS A GREAT PROJECT FIXER UPPER FOR SOMEONE INTO THE OLD SCHOOL two STROKES. I DO NOT HAVE THE KEY. The Yamaha VIP package includes a three-day general admission ticket for the July 27-29 event to catch the MotoGP and AMA Pro Racing action.

Thu, 13 Sep 2012Yamaha has introduced a new 1304cc bagger to its Star Motorcycles lineup. The new 2013 Star V-Star 1300 Deluxe comes with hard luggage, batwing fairing and audio and navigation system but at a impressively low $13,690 price. Powering the Deluxe is the same 80 ci liquid-cooled V-Twin engine with computer-controlled twin-barrel fuel injection used in the base V-Star 1300 and V-Star Tourer.
