Yamaha Other description

Hello. these are up dated photos of my m/c. Bike has new rear tire and new battery. Also, my m/c is antilocking brakes ready. Has small blimish to paint on right side due to fall over in Boulder Co. wind storm, about the size of a quarter. Damage was minor due to the fact that my leg was pinned under bike. If it hadn't been for good people that witnessed my being blown over by micro burst of wind at traffic light, I may still be under bike. M/C comes with $10 0 matching qt. of paint. Can you see small white spot on right side? Just wanted to be up front with you so you know what your getting. This is why price is so low. Bike has never been in accident. . Bike has never been run hard as I am 61 yrs of age and a conservative rider. Have no need for high speed travel any more. Have been told I am to old to be riding anyway. m/c is always garaged covered and on battery tender when not in use. Must sell this bike plus H/D in order to remodel kitchen and bath. Oh well, it was great while it lasted. Different priorities you see. May take a day or 2 in order to respond to your e-mails as all correspondence is done at Denver public library or friends computer. Best wishes. Steve.

Anti clockwise Knockhill and riding in the North East with GP winners.

Wed, 06 Jun 2012

I was both nervous and excited for my first ever reverse direction track day last week at Knockhill. From rushing downhill into the left hand off camber hairpin to sweeping up onto the start/finish, nothing bears any resemblance to riding round clockwise. I actually raced my 350LC in the opposite direction in 1982 but it still took a few laps to get my head round what essentially is a brand new track for Scotland.
