Yamaha Auctioning Cal Crutchlow’s Leathers To Benefit Oklahoma Relief Fund

The terrible events that occurred in Oklahoma were tragic. To help with the rebuilding efforts, Yamaha is auctioning off a pair of Cal Crutchlow’s leathers, with 100% of the proceeds benefitting Feed The Children. FTC’s aim is to provide food, medicine, clothing and other necessities to families who lack these essentials due to war, poverty, famine, or natural disasters.

Yamaha fans expecting to hear big news from the Tuning Fork brand at Intermot may be a bit disappointed the Cologne show only brought us a refreshed XJR1300, the MT-07 Moto Cage stunt variant and a futuristic three-wheeled concept model. The first two aren’t likely to come to North America and the third might never see production. Sturgis Motorcycle Hall of Fame Announces 2013 Induction Class

The Sturgis Motorcycle Museum & Hall of Fame announced it will induct five new members for 2013. The Hall also announced it will add one new member to its Freedom Fighters Hall of Fame. For 2013, the Hall will welcome to its ranks motorcycle attorney Russ Brown, custom chopper builder Rick Fairless (pictured above), Harley-Davidson dealer Bill Gikling, actor Marjoe Gortner of the television special “Sturgis: The Great Ride”, and antique motorcycle expert Lonnie Isam, Sr.
