AIMExpo Outdoors! Space to Host Demo Rides, Off-Road Experience

The inaugural American International Motorcycle Expo (AIMExpo) is just weeks away and promoter Marketplace Events Motorcycle Group today announced the details of AIMExpo Outdoors! The nearly 400,000 square-foot outdoor interactive and experiential space located on the grounds of Orlando’s Orange County Convention Center (OCCC) will feature a variety of activities throughout the five-day event geared towards trade, media and consumers. The centerpiece of AIMExpo Outdoors! is the exclusive demo areas designated for testing the newest models.

EICMA 2013: Yamaha Reveals the Tricity

Today, at the EICMA 2013 show, Yamaha unveiled what it is calling a new direction in its urban commuter category. The Tricity is a LMW (Leaning Multi Wheel) scooter aimed at folks who previously may not have considered a two-wheeled alternatives to public transportation. Yamaha EKIDS Concept Appearing at New York International Motorcycle Show

Yamaha is bringing its full 2014 line of motorcycles to the New York City stop of the International Motorcycle Shows tour. Along with the production models from Yamaha and the Star cruiser brand, the company will display the EKIDS electric dirtbike concept that debuted at the 2013 Tokyo Motor Show. The Yamaha EKIDS is powered by a DC brushless motor with electricity supplied by a lithium-ion battery.
