2011 Yamaha Stryker , Selling a 2011 Yamaha Stryker. All original parts (no mods) except for the HID Xenon Head lamps. A little over 1K miles and original owner. Included a detachable back rest for second rider. Selling it as I don't ride much. Very clean and looks brand new. Yamaha Teases New Star Cruiser to be Unveiled at Daytona Bike Week – Video
Fri, 22 Feb 2013Yamaha will reveal a new Star cruiser on March 9 during Daytona Bike Week. To promote the upcoming launch, Yamaha released a teaser video revealing a few fleeting glimpses of the new model along with the tag line “less is more”. The video reveals some details such as dual rear shocks, a solo seat and a new single exhaust design.
2015 Yamaha FZ-07 Announced for Canada
Tue, 18 Mar 2014Yamaha announced it would import the MT-07 to Canada as the 2015 FZ-07. Until now, the twin-cylinder roadster had only been announced for Europe as the MT-07; there is no word the FZ-07 will be offered in the U.S., but the Canadian announcement is a good sign it may be coming soon. Revealed at EICMA, the FZ-07 slots in under the three-cylinder FZ-09 (known as the MT-09 outside of the North America) with a newly-developed liquid-cooled 689cc parallel-Twin engine.
FIM Updates Superbike Racing Homologation Lists for 2013
Tue, 19 Feb 2013The International Motorcycling Federation (FIM) has released an updated list of motorcycles homologated for the 2013 Superbike, Supersport, and Superstock racing season. Notable additions include the new BMW S1000RR HP4, the MV Agusta F3 and the Superbike-spec Ducati 1199 Panigale R. To qualify a production-based racebike for FIM homologations, manufacturers have to meet certain production thresholds.
