2009 Yamaha 650 , 2009 Yamaha 650 V Star Classic. Bought it in 2011 right out of crate from dealer. Have added two halogen running lights, 4 inch chrome handle bar extensions, large handle bar grips, tachometer, Kuryakyn Air intake and cruise control. Will throw in two $100 helmets, $220 coat, leather gloves, cover, new short pipes in a box you can add on if you desire and stand to hold upright on trailer or in back of truck. Their secret for being so good at what they do is that they totally immerse themselves in Yamaha by working at the Yamaha offices. Hilarity ensues. James Toseland works the mail room, while Colin Edwards does security, quoting Eric Cartman from a 10 year-old-South Park episode. Jorge Lorenzo is washing windows and Valentino Rossi is working the front desk.

Thu, 14 Feb 2013Yamaha reported a 5.4% decrease in net sales for 2012 and a 72.2% decrease in profit but the Japanese manufacturer says it is poised for a dramatic recovery as it begins its “New Medium-Term Management Plan” for 2013-2015. That includes an 889cc inline Triple and new Deltabox-style frame. As of this writing, the new 2022 Yamaha XSR900 has not been announced for the U.S., but we expect to get news on that front soon.
