It has a low seat height and the custom comes with forward controls. The previous owner installed Vance and Hines Short Shots. It does not have the quite silencers. Aftermarket grips were added to drag bars with 9" risers. It is very comfortable to ride and sounds great. The bike has been safety checked and will pass inspection. All lamps, horn and gauges work 100%. The viral YouTube video of a Yamaha R1 rider weaving in and out of traffic was used by police to track down Scott with the help of a concerned neighbor’s tip.

Fri, 04 May 2012McCarthy’s wit isn’t as quick as his motorcycle. “A prudent man concealeth knowledge: but the heart of fools proclaimeth foolishness.” (Proverbs 12:23 KJV) According to reports, New York State Police arrested Nikkolaus McCarthy, 25, of Charlton, N.Y., this past Wednesday afternoon after he was “clocked” riding his motorcycle at 166 mph on the New York State Thruway in Ravena, N.Y. But it seems McCarthy needs to learn the simple concept of avoiding self-incrimination.
