Up for your consideration is a 2007 Yamaha R6 prepped for track/race use. The bike has been well taken care of with all services done on time. Oil changed every other track day, fluids checked, main fasteners torqued, chain lubed etc, etc.. Bike runs well! Odometer shows 17K but motor was refreshed aprox. 6~7 track days ago and pulls strong and smooth. Reason for the sale is I will be moving and unfortunately the bike cant come, no space, too many toys. NOTE: reason for the lower price is the bike will be sold without a title... again, NO title. Blank frame for track-day/racing purposes only. Official: Rossi Leaving Ducati for Yamaha Return
Fri, 10 Aug 2012In a pair of carefully-timed press releases, Ducati announced it will part ways with MotoGP star Valentino Rossi at the end of the season and Yamaha announced it has signed Rossi to a two-year contract. The arrangement had been in the works for some time now and the two manufacturers had reportedly wanted to wait until Aug. 15 to make their announcements.
