I have a 2004 Pearl white 1700 Yamaha Roadstar, with Memphis shades windshield, Front and rear floor boards, Tour star rear seat, Harley backrest, Hard bags, Hardkrome pies and Hypercharger. it has 26,000 mis all highway. It has been adult owned and well maintained. I hate to sell it but my wife is no longer riding due to health reasons. It has been a wonderful bike to own and has never given me a days trouble.

Day 4 Dakar 2014: Juan Pedrero Wins Stage Aboard Sherco

Stage 4 of the 2014 Dakar saw Juan Pedrero take his maiden victory aboard a Sherco SR 450 Rally. Although not in contention for the overall, Pedrero showed he has outgrown his previous role as Marc Coma’s lieutenant at KTM by bringing his Sherco across the finish line 3:10 faster than third place Coma and 29 seconds faster than second place finisher Francisco Lopez. Coma’s performance in today’s stage moved him to only 3:10 behind overall leader Joan Barreda.

India Raises Import Duty on Motorcycles to 75%

The government of India has laid out its budget for 2013-2014, increasing the import duty for large motorcycles. The news will impact several major manufacturers hoping to gain a stake in the world’s second largest motorcycle market. India has become the hotspot for manufacturers but one of the biggest obstacles they face is the duty India levies on luxury goods.
