Yamaha Other description

It's time to let it go!!!! It's time to give up my favorite toy. I'm selling my 2001 Yamaha R1 (clear title) w/ only 30K miles. She's been a great bike for me and has NEVER given me any mechanical problems what so ever. I'm only the second owner of this beast and I've babied it since day one. When I bought the bike it came w/ the SCOTT'S steering stabilizer and the full racing AKROPOVIC exhaust. I have not made any modifications to the bike what so ever and I've owned since 2006. Both front and rear brakes have just been done along with the oil change. I'm selling it for $4000. If you have any questions please contact me at. Thanks for looking.

The next-generation 689cc touring enduro is almost ready. The bike, magnificent in its conciseness and Dakar functionality, is a kind of preview of the future SUV that will replace the XT660Z Tenere. The rival of the BMW F800 GS/F 800 GS Adventure and the promising KTM 790 Adventure borrowed the 689cc inline-two from the Yamaha MT-07 and XSR700 (on these bikes it develops 74.8 hp and 68 Nm).

WSBK 2013: Nurburgring Race Report

Tue, 03 Sep 2013

Tom Sykes has taken over the lead in the 2013 World Superbike Championship standings after splitting race victories with Chaz Davies at Germany’s Nurburgring circuit. Both races ended prematurely however with red flags during the final laps. Pata Honda‘s Jonathan Rea and FIXI Crescent Suzuki‘s Leon Camier both crashed on the 18th lap of Race One after running into oil spilled on the track from Pedercini Kawasaki racer Federico Sandi‘s ZX-10R.
