Get ready for adventure on the open road! This is a great touring bike at very affordable price. I've owned the bike for one year, and I'm ready to upgrade -- hoping to find a happy home for this vintage beauty. The engine runs strong and quiet, and for its age this bike is in really nice shape. I've installed a handlebar mount for a phone and a USB cable so you can keep it charged while using your favorite mapping app. The radio works fine, although not shown in the photos -- it's removable with the touch of a button as an anti-theft precaution. We saw some of that last year in the Yamaha-produced “Man-Cation” video with Edwards and his then-Tech 3 teammate Ben Spies, and Edwards can always be relied upon for a good quote at press conferences. Isle of Man TT 2012: Supersport TT Race 1 Results
Mon, 04 Jun 2012Padett’s Honda racer Bruce Anstey won the first Monster Energy Supersport TT race of the 2012 Isle of Man TT by a mere 0.77 seconds over rider Cameron Donald. The race could have been even closer if Gary Johnson, another Honda rider, hadn’t run out of gas on the final lap. Before he ran out of fuel, Johnson was in the mix with Anstey and Donald with just 0.62 seconds separating the three riders.
Hayes to Race in Valencia GP for Injured Colin Edwards
Mon, 31 Oct 2011Josh Hayes will make his MotoGP racing debut at the Nov. 6 Valencia Grand Prix in Spain as an injury replacement for fellow American Colin Edwards. Already set to test the Monster Yamaha Tech 3 M1 after the season-ending race, Hayes was a logical choice to ride in Edwards’ place.
