Frame powder coated, engine completely rebuilt with new crank seals, new rod, new bearings, new piston and rings, standard bore. Forks rebuilt, new seals, new oil. Brakes rebuilt. The bike has the stock Takasago rims and stock spokes. New cables, new handlebars, new clutch and clutch discs, new rubber, new grips, all bushings and bearing replaced. Transmission rebuilt. New Mikuni carb. New fuel lines. New seat. New levers. New replacement shocks. Lots of money and time was spent in the restoration. New DC Plastics. The bike rides and shifts great!!! The crouched riding position and murderous amounts of power may not be ideally suited for the London grind, but with plenty of track action planned I have to make some compromises.
