Frame powder coated, engine completely rebuilt with new crank seals, new rod, new bearings, new piston and rings, standard bore. Forks rebuilt, new seals, new oil. Brakes rebuilt. The bike has the stock Takasago rims and stock spokes. New cables, new handlebars, new clutch and clutch discs, new rubber, new grips, all bushings and bearing replaced. Transmission rebuilt. New Mikuni carb. New fuel lines. New seat. New levers. New replacement shocks. Lots of money and time was spent in the restoration. New DC Plastics. The bike rides and shifts great!!! Yamaha will give a third wheel to its scooter
Sun, 05 May 2019The Japanese did not have enough unusual Niken bikes so they patented the design of a new 3-wheeler scooter. The device will probably be called the Tricity 300 and will presumably be powered by a 292cc engine from the 28hp XMax 300 maxi-scooter. We're looking forward to the debut of the production version at the end of the year at EICMA.
Colin Edwards Joins Forward Racing CRT Squad for 2012
Fri, 02 Sep 2011Colin Edwards will join the Forward Racing team to compete in the 2012 MotoGP season as a Claiming Rule Team entry. Edwards, known as a good development rider and an even better quote machine, is the first rider to officially sign on with a CRT. Forward Racing may be more familiar to some race fans by its former name, Hayate Racing, the outfit that ran the Kawasaki ZX-RR with Marco Melandri in 2009 after Kawasaki pulled out of MotoGP racing.
