2009 Cobalt Blue FZ1. $6000 OBO. 9090mis. Three windscreens:Rifle Sport Touring tall, Zero Gravity spare (sport), and original. Top Saddlery Custom front and rear seat (Google it!) plus originals, Custom Hard top bag(ok, made it myself) and replaces rear seat for one up touring and soft saddle bags, also. K&N air filter. Motor all stock and not raced. Bridgestone Battlax B023 Sport Touring front and rear. Engine guards with folding foot pegs (helps quite a bit in long rides). Great Bike, but a little too small for 2 up touring (at least for me). KBB says $6000 in superb condition with average miles of 15,400. Will lower price if you don't want Top Saddlery seat, Rifle or zero gravity screen. No scams as they will be ignored as will low ball offers. Delivery arranged by buyer. Yamaha must “pursue true Yamaha-ness and break out of our old norms” if it hopes to increase profitability, says Hiroyuki Yanagi, the company’s president and chief executive officer. In an open letter released by Yamaha, Yanagi discussed what his company needed to do in order to reach its goal of producing 12 million units this year and collecting 2 trillion yen (US$22.5 billion) in sales. Yanagi’s message offered little in specific details but provided a glimpse of Yamaha’s overall strategy for the next few years.

2010 Yamaha YZF-R1 Faces Recall for High Engine Idle

Yamaha has initiated recalls on the 2010 R1 in several markets because of a problem with the wiring harness causing high idle speeds. As of this writing, recalls have been announce for Australia, Germany, and the United Kingdom. No recall has been announced for the U.S.

AMA Supercross: 2012 Phoenix Results

Ryan Dungey gave KTM its first ever AMA Supercross win, taking the holeshot and leading every lap in Phoenix, Ariz. With an audience of 49,236 watching at Chase Field, it was the field that had to chase Dungey during the main event. Dungey jumped out in front at the first corner followed by JGRMX Yamaha‘s Davi Millsaps and defending AMA Supercross Champion Ryan Villopoto of Kawasaki.
