Yamaha FZ description

If you want a bike that does it all then the FZ1 should be somewhere on your shopping list, preferably near the top. An everyday-comfortable machine with standard-bike ergonomics and a stylish quarter-fairing. Its powered by a 998cc, liquid-cooled, double overhead camshaft inline-Four engine sourced from the mighty YZF-R1, though slightly retuned for sharper midrange performance. Yamaha didnt just hit a home run with the FZ1, it socked a grand slam! For once, a manufacturer built a standard-style model around a sportbike engine and didnt dumb it down by sapping most of its exciting performance. That resulted in the FZ1 being about as entertaining as 2 wheels and an engine can get. This bike is a winner of Cycle World magazines Best Pre-owned Bikes. It is pretty easy to see why since this machine is all of the above. This bike has a GYTR aftermarket exhaust, is completely serviced and inspected. The new Yamaha Tenere is preparing to debut

Sun, 30 Jul 2017

The next-generation 689cc touring enduro is almost ready. The bike, magnificent in its conciseness and Dakar functionality, is a kind of preview of the future SUV that will replace the XT660Z Tenere. The rival of the BMW F800 GS/F 800 GS Adventure and the promising KTM 790 Adventure borrowed the 689cc inline-two from the Yamaha MT-07 and XSR700 (on these bikes it develops 74.8 hp and 68 Nm).
