Yamaha Teases R25 / R3 and Tricity Reveal on March 25

Yamaha released a new microsite teasing the launch of two models, expected to be the production versions of the YZF-R25 (or perhaps YZF-R3 for certain markets) and the Tricity leaning three-wheeled scooter. Scott Russell Returning To Yamaha Champions Riding School Next Week

This just in from the Yamaha Champions Riding School: the Champ is back! As many of you know, Scott fell off a dirtbike and tumbled around long enough to hurt himself back in July. But he just called and drawled, “I’ll be back for the school as soon as I’m able to ride…let’s fill it up and have some fun!”  With the final round of the AMA SuperBike series coming to New Jersey Motorsports Park this weekend, it’s a perfect time for Mr.

AMA Supercross: 2012 San Diego Results

Ryan Villopoto captured his second straight victory, winning the San Diego round of the 2012 AMA Supercross championship. The Monster Energy Kawasaki rider now has three wins on the season, two more than anyone else, but his hold on the championship points lead has only increased to six points. Villopoto took the lead on the second lap of the main event after overtaking Brett Metcalfe of Yoshimura Suzuki who took the holeshot, with Villopoto‘s teammate Jake Weimer also in the lead group.
