2009 Yamaha Fz1 , 2009 Yamaha Fz1 , Beautiful Bike, Only 5531 Miles. One owner, always garaged, well maintained by local shop. Never any mechanical problems. No moving accidents. Bought new in 2010, first week I owned the beast I stopped on a county highway to take it's picture and didn't remember the kickstand until it was a hair too late. That left 2 minor blemishes. Has several other very minor scuffs. Most miles on fair weather Iowa highways. Between 2k and 5K miles I had slightly stickier tires on the bike and hauled it to 2 track day weekends. The bike has way more capability than I do -- I was the slowest one on the track. So current tires are the originals with about 2.5 K on them. Only accessory added are the black tank grippers. Isle of Man TT 2012: Supersport TT 2 Results
Thu, 07 Jun 2012Michael Dunlop added another chapter to the Dunlop family history in the Isle of Man TT, winning the second Monster Energy Supersport race of the 2012 event. Dunlop led at the end of all four laps for his third career TT win. His uncle, Joey Dunlop, is the all-time leader in TT wins at 26 while his father Robert Dunlop has five.

Tue, 23 Apr 2013The morning after riding his Yamaha M1 to a sixth-place finish at the Circuit of the Americas in Austin, Texas, nine-time Grand Prix World Champion Valentino Rossi landed in Charlotte, N.C., to race around another track; only this time there were no right turns. (UPDATED with additional photos.) Rossi met up with NASCAR racer and fellow Monster Energy-sponsored athlete Kyle Busch to ride Busch’s Joe Gibbs Racing Toyota Camry at Charlotte Motor Speedway. Busch, winner of the last three Nationwide Series races, gave Rossi a walkaround of his car before taking the Yamaha factory rider around a few laps of the Charlotte Motor Speedway 1.5-mile oval.
