Item is in Like new condition, all my friends thought it was brand new. It has no blemishes what so ever in the paint or engine. This bike is in mint condition, dealer serviced and always garage kept, never seen rain. Has 2 Brothers carbon snub full exhaust. Has fender eliminator kit in the rear, gives it a dressed up look, nothing hanging down over the tire, really makes the bike look sharp. Has flush mount from turn signals, and after market grips. This bike is a great buy that i am sad to let go, but am moving. Has transferable yamaha factory warranty, that is good until May 2016. bike has only 4100 miles. Was purchaces from roadside marine in Williston, VT. Buyer is responsible for pickup or shipment. Depending on buyers location i would consider trucking the bike for them for an extra fee. AMA Pro Racing Announces Tommy Aquino Spirit Award
Wed, 12 Mar 2014The sudden and tragic passing of Tommy Aquino has hit the entire motorcycling community hard. In order to preserve and honor the spirit and positive attitude of the late Tommy Aquino, AMA Pro Racing announced today that a “Tommy Aquino Spirit Award” will be granted to an AMA Pro Road Racing rider who best embodies the spirit of the paddock during the 2014 season. The paddock will vote for the rider who exemplifies qualities mirroring those of Tommy including passion for the sport, fan engagement and team interaction. The award will be presented on behalf of Cortech and Shoei at the conclusion of the 2014 AMA Pro Road Racing season. “Over the past eight years we have had the pleasure of working with Tommy Aquino, but he was much more than just another Shoei athlete,” said Hiro Mizushima, President of Shoei Safety Helmet Corp.

Mon, 17 Mar 2014Yoshimura Suzuki‘s James Stewart captured his third win of the 2014 AMA Supercross season and 48th 450 class victory of his career, tying him with Ricky Carmichael for second on the all-time win list behind Jeremy McGrath‘s 72. Racing before a crowd of 50,856 fans at Ford Field in Detroit, Stewart took the lead from holeshot-taker Cole Seely shortly before the end of the second lap and led the rest of the 20-lap race for the win. Stewart led by as much as 7.1 second but eased off at the end, crossing the finish less than two seconds ahead of Kawasaki‘s Ryan Villopoto.
Lorenzo Leads Sepang Test Day 1; Spies Fourth on 1000cc Yamaha M1
Tue, 31 Jan 2012Yamaha‘s Jorge Lorenzo topped all riders with a top lap time of 2:01.657 on the first day of pre-season MotoGP testing at Malaysia’s Sepang circuit. With reigning World Champion Casey Stoner ailing and unable to ride, Lorenzo produced the top time as the only racer to lap Sepang in under 2 minutes 2 seconds. Riding the 1000cc Yamaha YZR-M1, Lorenzo topped second-ranked Dani Pedrosa and his Honda RC213V by 0.343 seconds.
