Yamaha FZ description
First off, let me just be open and honest here. I do not want to sell this majestic, mechanical beast, commonly known as "Brielle". I bought her brand new for $10,000 in 2010 and I'm still in love with her.
Now that the sentimental part is over with, I have to be forward. Times have changed, I am moving, and the primary job in my life has taken over all of my free time and after being gone for 9 months with the Army. I just don't have the time to truly appreciate her excellence and beauty like I normally have done every weekend. She deserves someone better than me who will treat her right and open her up on the highways, and make all the other women jealous; like she is so good at doing. We have been through some great times. Picked up some pretty hot chicks together. Whipped through the mountains, driven to Tough Mudder Races, and she has probably been the most faithful woman in my life. But, I need to be fair to her and let her go. It's only right. She's in beautiful shape. Never been dropped or crashed, and there was just a small crack in the top of the right fender near the windshield that came from years ago when I was loading her into the truck and it leaned over into the rail while I was tightening her down for transport. I glued it. It's just cosmetic; no I'm not reducing the price because of it so don't even ask. So, let's get to the down and dirty: -Girls and Guys look good riding her -2009 Yamaha FZ6R, Raven Black -600cc -Adjustable main seat and handle bars (only type in it's class, good for riders who are short or tall) -Rear seat with passenger pegs -Aftermarket Smoked out LED turn signals and rear tail light assembly -Aftermarket Smoked out Puig Wind Screen -Aftermarket Puig rear chain guard and wheel cover -New tires, only 1,500 miles on them -Brand new chain and sprockets -Custom Frame Sliders -New fork seals and freshly serviced -15,766 miles on the motor, runs like it's brand new -Scorpion Large White Helmet -Scorpion Medium Black Dahlia Helmet -Large Scorpion Textile Jacket -Extra Large Scorpion Textile Riding Pants -Aluminum Tri Fold Loading Ramp -Full tank of gas She's ready to ride and it comes with all the protective gear and loading equipment. This was my first bike, and it's an awesome machine. It would be a great first bike to a new rider, or an experienced rider who thinks that full blown crotch rockets are really uncomfortable and want a new bike that has all the looks and all the comfort. Yes you can have both with this bike. I'm 5'11 and 230 lbs, and with my big frame I have comfortably ridden this motorcycle for 2-3 hours through the mountains with no cramps or back ache like all the other cool kids on crotch rockets get; hence why I bought this bike in the first place. I've topped her out at 135 mph; no you don't need to go any faster than that. You'll go to jail, lose your license, and if you're that stupid to go that fast and get yourself killedf, you're probably one of those people who want $15 an hour to flip hamburgers as well. That being said, she's fast, has awesome pick up, and has a 6 speed manual transmission (obviously). She gets 45-47 miles to the gallon, and is what I used to commute to Denver with all the time because you can park it anywhere and it's very inexpensive to fuel up. She has a 4.6 gallon fuel tank, so you have a much larger range over your typical crotch rocket, with a 35-50 mile reserve. Normally I got about 195 miles to the tank. Once again like I have said, I've never had a problem with this bike, and besides the maintenance of wear and tear stuff, I've spent $0 maintaining it besides the basic upkeep. So if you're looking to save money on your commute or whatever you decide to use it for; Brielle will keep the wallet and the finances happy. Who I will sell this bike to: -People who pay me -People who don't low ball me -Freedom loving, terrorist despising Americans -People who want to look like Maverick chasing an F-14 down the Miramar flight line -Responsible people who won't wreck this beautiful creature the first time they drop her in first gear |
