Yamaha FJR description

2010 Yamaha fjr 1300. 11091 miles  comes with stock and touring National V Stream windshields. Comes with detachable passenger backrest. Tires are Michelin Pilot Road 4 GT. Note: photo shows a car tire.  I had this on for about 50 miles to try it.  The Michelin will be going back on this week.  Bike cover included.  Heat Demon hand grips. 2 Heat trollers, 1- for hand grips, 2nd- for heated suit.  Bike was service 2k miles ago when the new tires were put on at local Yamaha dealership. Never down or dropped Adult owned, I'm 54 yrs of age.  Color is silver.  I also have a Schubert c3 pro helmet size large, used two times.  It was to small so I bought same helmet in XL.  Everything works like new, never dropped or down.  No dents.  Feel free to call if questions: Todd Witte, 717-818-8222, York, PA.    If bike is paid in full, I might be willing to ride it to you, providing you help me get to airport to fly home.   Only reason I'm selling it is I recently bought a 2014 red FJR.   Don't need 2 fjrs.   Thank you for looking.

It joins Yamaha’s European lineup alongside the regular Ténéré 700, plus a Rally Edition version which we don’t get in the U.S. We first saw the World Raid at EICMA as a prototype equipped with a number of Genuine Yamaha Technology Racing (GYTR) performance parts.

Yamaha Tenere 700 Raid Prototype First Look

Return to sender Well the seat was a little high, at 34.6 inches, but that didn’t stop the Yamaha Ténéré 700 from doing very well in last summer’s blockbuster middleweight ADV comparison. Keeping it simple and keeping the weight down was a great recipe for success, and now Yamaha is fixin’ to take it to the next level with a Ténéré 700 Raid, for which this machine it showed at EICMA serves as prototype. MotoGP Lifts Rookie Rule, Caps Factory Prototype Entries and Adjusts Other Regulations

Fri, 29 Jun 2012

As expected, MotoGP organizers have officially lifted the rule barring rookies from racing for factory teams, but the Grand Prix Commission also tweaked some other regulations including a cap on factory prototype machines. We’ve discussed the lifting of the rookie rule already, with the main impetus being to allow a manufacturer such as Honda to sign up-and-coming Moto2 star Marc Marquez when he is expected to move up to the premiere class next season. As of Jan.
