Traffic jam? No problem with the FJR1300AE - there's no clutch modulate. Pulling away from stops is effortless and the electrically shifted transmission's shifts are buttery smooth. Shift with either the paddles on the left handlebar or traditionally with the left foot. Fitted with a genuine Yamaha trunk and heated grips, this FJR is in great condition and runs beautifully.

MotoGP to Standardize ECU Software in 2016 Season
Tue, 18 Mar 2014MotoGP‘s Grand Prix Commission announced the series will adopt a standardized Engine Control Unit hardware and software programming for all entries starting with the 2016 season. At the moment, all teams are required to use a standard ECU hardware supplied by Magneti Marelli. Teams competing under the Factory option are allowed to use their own proprietary software programming while Open option participants must use standardized software.

Over the quarter ended June 30, 2011, Yamaha saw a 5.9% drop in net sales compared to the same period in 2010.Yamaha reports sales of 344.5 billion yen (US$4.48 billion) over the second quarter, compared to the 366.3 billion yen (US$4.77 billion) reported in the same quarter in 2010.
