Yamaha DT400E description

Offered is a very nice, clean, great running  example of a Yamaha DT400. Original paint, tank has some small dings here and there (very small) and some scratches. Tank is very clean inside. Fenders and side panels are crack free but do have some scratches here and there. Head light, tail light and brake light work. The turn signals do not work. Appears some of the wires were cut and some are just not hooked up. I never worried about it as I only did mild trail riding. Gauges work, new battery installed this spring. Recent fuel line and fuel filter change. Carb was removed and cleaned, fresh oil change. The original 2 stroke oil injector is in place and working properly. Brakes work as they should. Clutch feels great, trans shifts smoothly through all 5 gears. The wheels are straight, not bent or cracked. The tires are very good and have plenty of tread. The seat cover is held on with zip ties and should be replaced to make the bike look really good. This is a great running reliable bike. I am selling it due to a right foot injury. 3 surgeries later I am no longer kick starting a bike. This Yamaha has been adult owned, garage kept and cleaned after each ride. I have a clear PA title in my name ready to transfer to the new owner. I am listing this a local pick up only but will sell, ship world wide. Any and all shipping arrangements and fees are the sole responsibilities of the buyer. The bike will be picked up at my location. $100.00 non-refundable deposit through paypal is required within 48 hours of auction end. Balance of sale price to be paid in cash or check. Bike will be released to the new owner after the check clears.
