    Attention vintage motorcycle collectors,here is a 1973 Kawasaki S1A 250 two stroke project with 5,236 actual miles! bike has been sitting inside storage for fifteen years,motor kicks over with good compression with the kicker on the side of the bike,clutch lever pulls in,tranni shifts threw the gears,brakes work,throttle is free,side panels and air box are missing everything I have for the bike is in the pictures,selling as is although I don't see any major repairs that the bike will need,i have a clear title the engine number is used as the vin on the title,might be some rust here and there on the bike,the carbs might need cleaning before the bike will run,needs a battery,buyer will have to pay for shipping and locate there own shipper if one is needed I'm not sure there prices usually uship.com I have met with them several times very easy to work with,i can store the bike for one week after the auction ends if your not local,auction may end early because I might sell the bike before the auction ends,paypal or Walmart wire transfer accepted as payment if your not local,Thanks for looking and good luck bidding I'm located in Minnesota the bike is in storage and the zip code is 55304,Im always looking to buy old and or unwanted Motorcycles and Snowmobiles,Thanks Carl.

    Up for auction is my 1973 Z1 900 Kawasaki.   I bought the bike from the original owner in Powell, WY a few years ago.   In 1976 this motorcycle was involved in an accident which unfortunately required a new frame, gauges, three turn signals  three exhaust pipes and a new front rim.  The photo's show the newer OEM part numbers of the replaced parts.  The frame still has the original factory part number Kawasaki sticker on it.  (see photo's)  Since I took possession I have replaced the original seat, gas tank, side panels, and rear fender.  I also installed brand new turn signals as well as the posts. The bike does need new tires.  I have the a new front for it.  I also do have an airbox cover for the air cleaner cavity.  All the electrics work well.  The bike shifts nice but it does run a little rough.  Carburetors.  I do have a new carburetor seal kit which will go with the bike as well. The bike does present itself really well.  Overall it's in very nice condition.  The one exhaust header does have two dimple dents in it.  (see photo)  The  left side upper pipe also has a small dent just forward of the mounting bolt.

    This is a 1973 Kawasaki HI triple, I bought the bike 15 years ago, rode it home and took it apart with the idea of a total restoration which never got done. The motor turns freely ( I checked it before listing) and it was running when it came out of the frame, there is a weld in the right side case cover from the original owner. The bike is ready for a new start.

    I bought this bike in Michigan when it was six months old, and have owned it ever since.  It was to be for my wife, who simply wasn't interested. (!)  No scratches, muffler set is perfect, Bike has small chip (hidden by seat, see pic) on rear tail, one pinhead-size paint chip on tank (see pic)otherwise near new.  I have not painted, altered, modified anything except the side stand, bent slightly for a more secure footing.  It is the perfect companion to a triple enthusiast's 500 and/or 750 Kawasaki Triple.  If you know three cylinder Kawasaki's, you appreciate this bike.  Has to be one of the best around, near perfect.  One kick start, always stored indoors and usually in the dark.  Tires look good, are original.  Great UNRESTORED original bike.  They're only original once.  This one still is.

     Original 1973 S2 350 triple  with only 1176 original miles, The title has 3,762 miles but that was a mistake when I registered it last year at the DMV.  I didn't want to go through the hassle of correcting it at the time because I thought I would never sell it. Bought it from the original owner last year.  Put new tires and tubes, mirrors, cleaned the carbs, changed the oil and put new plugs. Starts on the first kick, runs great. There are a few dings on the tank, not very noticeable though, the cowling in the back has some missing paint from trying to remove an old inspection sticker. Better suspension and Track mode brings us so close to an R9 Photos by Dave Schelske As the tail rider in a train of approximately seven identical Yamahas, I couldn’t help but watch in awe as each of us weaved our way through the notorious Tail of the Dragon, bending the bike underneath us to our will through the 120-something corners, the unison of the dance mesmerizing as each of us took our turn, one by one, around each apex, at irresponsible speeds, front wheels inches away from the person in front of us. This is the kind of trust you build up after you’ve ridden with the same group of people for years on end. We all know that riding with your friends is fun.

One wish still unrealized: the U.S. dealers won’t be getting the up-spec World Raid and numerous other versions of the T7 the EU enjoys - at least not this year.

Riding 950 miles across three states in two days highlights this Tracer’s capabilities Photography by Joseph Augustin New motorcycle model introductions follow a well-worn path: travel to the event location, eat nice meals, get briefed on the bike of the moment, ride a route designed to highlight the bike’s strengths, take photos/video, eat more good food, return home, and write up a review. After 27 years in this industry, I still get a cheap thrill about throwing a leg over a new motorcycle before it is available to the general public. However, what really gets me going is when I have a chance to log more than just the couple of hundred miles typically covered in an intro and spend some real time on the road with said bike.

Sport-tourer equipped with radar-based adaptive cruise control Last November, Yamaha Motor Europe revealed a new Tracer 9 GT+ at EICMA, a new version of its Triple-powered sport tourer equipped with a 7-inch TFT display, adaptive cruise control, and a radar-linked unified braking system. Yamaha Motor USA, however, remained quiet about it, and we later learned the Tracer 9 GT+ was not coming to the States for 2023. In fact, even the less techy regular Tracer 9 was left out of Yamaha Motor USA’s returning model announcements.
