Here is an absolutely Beautiful 1970 Yamaha 125cc Street Scrambler in California Orange!  No expense was spared to bring this Amazing Motorcycle back to near new condition!  See all the SUPER SIZE PICS I have included for your viewing pleasure!

The bike was a painstaking restoration which has turned out better that I expected!  Custom Original Equipment Yamaha California Orange was prepped and applied by Exclusive Customs of Fort Walton Beach, Florida.  Their paint work is simply AMAZING!  Look up the cools stuff they did with all kinds of high end cars online or on facebook.

As the pics show...a host of NOS parts were installed to bring the bike to Showroom Condition. Some of us are old enough to remember how popular these motorcycles were especially for zipping around large college campuses!

Serious offers appreciated.  Zero feedback bidder are NOT ALLOWED.  I am happy to assist with shipping and handling.  I will even deliver to you within 250 miles for the cost of fuel ONLY.

The only thing left to do on this bike is to set the timing and add gas.  I have retired and have downsized and simply did not get around to setting the timing.  I am, however...happy to get this done for you unless you are the kind of person that likes to put the finishing touches on things!

Enjoy and Happy eBaying!!!

NZ Superbike Series Points Leader Is A Grandfather Of Three!

Tue, 14 Jan 2014

Dennis Charlett is stamping his authority on the New Zealand Superbike championship. The 45 year-old father of five and grandfather of three (no, those aren’t typos) won the first three races of the season during the series opener in Christchurch, placing him firmly at the top of the points standings heading into round two at Levels Raceway, near Timaru. The championship favorite certainly got the wake-up call as Taupo’s Suzuki rider Scott Moir raced to a convincing win in Saturday’s Superbike race, while Charlett was forced to settle for fourth place.

Teaser: 2012 Japanese Literbike Shootout – Video

Thu, 29 Mar 2012

The last time we assembled the superbike offerings from the Big Four Japanese manufacturers to determine the alpha male model was 2009. The CBR won that confrontation, but a lot’s changed since then. For 2012 Honda revamped the CBR1000RR, Yamaha added traction control to the R1, the GSX-R1000 lost a muffler and last year Kawasaki introduced an all-new ZX-10R.
