1993 Yamana FJ1200ABS in pristine condition. Professionally painted spring of 2016 to stock colors. Carbs rebuilt, Penske rear shock/with remote adjuster, forks rebuilt. Ultra rare fat tire/wheel 17" conversion to accept all modern rubber (only one in USA that has this conversion for ABS). Ultra rare lower half fairing professionally hand built. Hepco Becker hard bags (brand new). Pod air filters, carbs tuned to match Yoshimura exhaust. RPM handle bar risers. RPM oil cooler. MRA windscreen with Vario flip screen (brand new). This bike has never been stored out doors. All maintenance performed as required during it's lifetime to factory standards. R1 front brake conversion. Stainless steel brake & clutch lines. Lorenzo Signs Two-Year Extension with Yamaha

Two-time MotoGP Champion Jorge Lorenzo has signed a contract extension with Yamaha to see him race on the company’s factory team through the 2016 season. The signing comes as no real surprise, following similar two-year contract extensions for teammate Valentino Rossi and Repsol Honda’s Marc Marquez and Dani Pedrosa. Ducati also confirmed it would field Andrea Dovizioso and Andrea Iannone next season, so unless Lorenzo wanted to spend a season or two developing Suzuki‘s or Aprilia‘s new prototypes, Lorenzo’s only option for a factory ride was to re-sign with Yamaha.

Yamaha R25 250cc Sportbike Prototype Revealed – Video

After much anticipation, Yamaha has revealed its new R25 250cc sportbike at the 43rd annual Tokyo Motor Show in Japan. The manufacturer has long offered a 125cc model in India, and that’s where word surfaced of an impending 250cc model. We will have to wait a bit longer however, as the R25 at the Tokyo Motor Show is still just a prototype, meaning we should expect to see the production model for 2015.
