A great opportunity to obtain a different type of watch with a fantastic picture of your favourite IMAGE it is placed on the front of the watch behind a plastic/glass cover. The pocket watch is made from chrome by the London company Prince. Although great lengths have been taken to capture the colours of the image they do not totally resemble the charm of the picture. There is also a protective covering film on the front and back of the watch. The total diameter of the watch is approximately two inches or 5 centimetres across. The dial is white with large black numerals. The back is ideal for any engraving you might wish to apply. Ideal for a present to a friend, relative or yourself as part of a collection. The chain is fourteen and a half inches or 37 centimetres in length. The watch comes with a brand new battery fitted by me and comes with a new spare battery enclosed, which is easily fitted by popping off the back plate when necessary. The front case is opened by pushing down the button on top of the watch. The watch comes in a black velvet pouch. No reserve. The scantily clad and debatably crazy rider was a man by the name of Roland “Rollie” Free. The bike, often thought by many to be a Vincent Black Shadow, was in fact a Black Lightning – the fastest Vincent ever to see production.

The upcoming Bonhams Banbury Run Sale is set to be a motorcycle enthusiast’s dream, with 102 lots of iconic bikes available to the highest bidder. Within the sale, an intriguing duo of Brough Superiors will be offered for auction from a family synonymous with motorcycles for generations – Myerscough. The motoring history behind the Myerscough family began in 1893 when Leonard Myerscough opened a business repairing and selling bicycles, followed by motorcycles and automobiles. At the peak of this business, five locations serviced the Liverpool area under the banner L Myerscough & Sons Ltd. Encouraged by his father, the eldest son, Len Jr, took up dirt track racing in the late 1920s, enjoying success as a contracted team rider for both the Belle Vue Aces and Preston teams from 1928 to 1931.
