Vincent All description

For bid is an antique VINCENT DETROIT grinding stone dressing wheel. I know very little about how the tool was used. It was purchased at an estate with some other items in a box. The handle is embossed VINCENT on one side and DETROIT on the other. Tool measures approx. 11 inches in length. I see no damage to the tool, shows age appropriate usage. Nice antique tool.
