We are a non-profit resale shop in Southeast Texas owned and operated by St. Marks Episcopalian church and its volunteers and employees. We have been a huge part of the community donating all our profits to other non-profits locally for 60 years. We are new to ebay. We are also ran by a small staff and small volunteer base, if you do not get an email immediately or even by the end of an auction "OUR APOLOGIES". We combine shipping, we refund shipping differences and we ship quickly. We do not have room to store items once they are paid for, thus our ships in 5 days policy. We also ask that you pay for your items promptly (within 3 days please) with paypal.  With all this said, PLEASE do not leave negative feedback until we have exhausted all issue with a purchase, we don't make a practice of this and we would appreciate understanding in our operation and  how its run. We try our best to work with you to rectify any issues that may occur.  We DO include shipping insurance on everything shipped.  If any damage occurs during shipping, and we hope nothing happens, but it does happen, you can file a claim with USPS or UPS if there is any damage during shipping. AS stated we refund additional shipping after shipment, we combine shipping, this is proof in our feedback from happy buyers!! Behind the “Bathing Suit” Picture

Few motorcycle photographs are as iconic as that of the famous Bonneville “Bathing Suit Picture.” While you have undoubtedly seen this image before, you may not know the story behind it. The scantily clad and debatably crazy rider was a man by the name of Roland “Rollie” Free. The bike, often thought by many to be a Vincent Black Shadow, was in fact a Black Lightning – the fastest Vincent ever to see production.

Classic Japanese Bikes Highlight Bonhams’ Next Auction

Bonhams’ annual fall auction, the Classic Motorcycle Mechanics Show, at Stafford County Showground is scheduled for October 20, 2013. Included in the auction is the above pictured 1974 Kawasaki H1-RW 500cc triple. Expected to sell for approximately $96,000 to $112,000, the Japanese works Grand Prix racer is one of only two machines built by the factory for the French Kawasaki importer SIDEMM for use in the 500cc World Championship. The bikes were ridden during the 1974 season by the French endurance racing specialist Christian Léon and French-Canadian Formula 750 star Yvon Duhamel.

2012 AMA Motorcycle Hall of Fame Class Nominees Announced

The American Motorcycle Heritage Foundation released its list of nominees for the AMA Hall of Fame Museum induction class of 2012. The 26 nominees represents a wide range of contributions to motorcycling, from motocross champions and Daytona 200 winners to tuners to motorcycle rights advocates. The selection committee will further trim the list down to six individuals, three from competition categories and three from non-competition categories.
