Correct ground up restoration of a rare 650cc, pre-unit, matching numbers, 1955 Triumph 6T Thunderbird by Triumph expert and multiple concours winner Tom Ackroyd of Cape May, NJ. It was taken down to the frame, which was stripped and painted. The motorcycle is equipped with a liquid-cooled V-twin, powered by two 67-mm “chokes”, which are supplied with air through an air intake located in a false tank. The fuel tank is located under the engine.

Harley-Davidson FXS/FLS models now have stylish Predator Seats available for their bike. The solar-reflective leather on the seat surface is claimed to reduce the surface temperature of a sun-baked seat by “as much as 25 degrees.” The sides are constructed of automotive-grade vinyl.
