2013 Suzuka 8 Hours Endurance World Championship Results

The Musashi HARC-Pro Honda team of Leon Haslam, Michael van der Mark and Takumi Takahashi captured the 2013 Suzuka 8 Hours race. The Musashi team was joined on the podium by the Yoshimura Suzuki team of Takuya Tsuda, Nobuatsu Aoki and Josh Brookes and the Kagayama Suzuki team of Yukio Kagayama, Noriyuki Haga and Kevin Schwantz. The Musashi team completed 214 laps to win the endurance race.

Tom Sykes and Loris Baz captured a pair of one-two finishes for Kawasaki at England’s Donington Park. The first race saw the reigning World Superbike champion fight his way up from 11th place for the win while Race 2 offered a three-way battle between the two Kawasaki riders and Aprilia‘s Sylvain Guintoli. Polaris Reports Q2 2014 Sales Results

The relaunch of Indian Motorcycles continues to be a resounding success for Polaris Industries, helping the company report a 107% increase in second quarter revenue from motorcycle sales. Polaris reported revenues of $103.1 million in the quarter ended June 30, more than double the $49.9 million in revenue reported over  the same quarter last year. Polaris continues to see strong demand for Indian, which relaunched last summer, while demand for Victory decreased by the mid-single digits.
