Victory Hammer S description

Up for sale is my 2008 Victory Hammer S.  This machine has been an exceptional bike with regular service and new rubber, front and rear in 2016.  Bike currently has 10,100 on the odometer, but she looks too good to keep her all cooped up in the garage, so she'll get ridden about once a week.  Feel free to ask any questions about the bike.  Worth noting as well is the bike is equipped with a Wiseco Fuel Management Controller for easy tuning, aftermarket exhaust and a black Superfly windscreen not seen in pictures.  Original tank badging is also available at the buyers request.

Polaris Reports Q1 2013 Results

Tue, 23 Apr 2013

Polaris Industries reported a 26% increase in net income over the first quarter of 2013, but a 2.9% decline in on-road vehicle sales (comprised almost entirely of Victory and Indian Motorcycles). The company’s first quarter filings report a net income of $75.5 million, up from the $60.1 million reported over the same period in 2012. Much of the increase can be attributed to a 217% increase in net sales from its snowmobile division, spurred in large part by increase in snowfall across many regions of North America.

The duo originally tackled Suzuka together in 1986, ultimately coming in third position. Now the two are back in celebration of Yoshimura’s 60th anniversary, as part of the company’s “Legend Team.” Yoshimura will also field a second entry with former Australian Champion Josh Waters and All Japan Superbike rider Takuya Tsuda.

Day 3 Dakar 2014: Barreda Maintains Overall Lead, Despres Catches Up

Tue, 07 Jan 2014

Joan Barreda won his second special stage this year and now boasts a lead of more than 13 minutes over Cyril Despres and Marc Coma, the two other beneficiaries of a particularly decisive stage. Today’s stage, part one of the first marathon stage with no team service, was characterized by the highest ever racing altitude in Dakar history. Facing the 22,841 foot summit of the Aconcagua, South America´s highest mountain, the motorcycle riders had to cross a pass over 14,107 feet in elevation in trial-like conditions.
