2003 Suzuki GSX / Katana (2003)
Good condition 2003 Suzuki GSX600f Katana for sale. I was using this as my commuter bike, but am 6'5" and wanted something a little more upright. Excellent mechanical condition as I was riding it everyday and maintaining it as such. Just replaced fuel filter, air filter (K&N), and spark plugs as well as oil and filter change. It has the GSX600 engine from the corresponding model year, but with a slightly more comfortable ride making it a very capable and comfortable bike. At 9,000 miles had brakes flushed and bled and replaced rear brakes, throttle and clutch cables lubed and adjusted, cooling system flushed, installed new chain, and installed new rear tire. The motorcycle is equipped with a liquid-cooled V-twin, powered by two 67-mm “chokes”, which are supplied with air through an air intake located in a false tank. The fuel tank is located under the engine.

Harley-Davidson FXS/FLS models now have stylish Predator Seats available for their bike. The solar-reflective leather on the seat surface is claimed to reduce the surface temperature of a sun-baked seat by “as much as 25 degrees.” The sides are constructed of automotive-grade vinyl.
