Victory Cross Roads description

This is a beautiful 2012 Victory Cross Roads Touring motorcycle that is ready for some lucky buyer to ride home!  The bright red paint looks stunning on this bike, with no signs of any accidents or other mishaps.  Powering this bike is the popular fuel injected Freedom 106 V-Twin engine that produces a mighty impressive 109 lb/ft of torque. Mated to this engine is a high-performing six-speed overdrive transmission that receives the power generated by the massive V-twin and seamlessly turns it into something you can use.  Shifts easily and extremely smooth.  There is over 21 gallons of storage in these form fitted saddlebags.  Plenty of room for you to store your weekend gear.  The included ABS braking system means safe, straight stops.  The seating is super comfortable and made to keep you comfortable on those long rides.  The windshield is large enough to keep out the unwanted bugs and dirt, while still allowing you to see the road easily.  This Victory also has cruise control that activates with the touch of a button.  Kick back and enjoy the scenery!  The front tire has thousands of miles of tread left on it, and the rear tire is brand new.  Honestly, all this Victory needs is a new owner and a road map!  It passed our 34 point inspection easily.  The only flaws we could find are a few very small rock chips on the front fender and lower valance.  If you look real hard, you can see them.  But you definitely have to look real hard.  Beautiful Victory Cross Roads for a low, low price!  Feel free to give us a call at 979-733-8444 with any questions at all.  Thanks for looking!

Get down on your knees and play

This remarkable shot of Eddie Lawson is taken by Rich Chenet. It was August 1980 and Lawson was undergoing a titanic scrap for the AMA title with Wes Cooley and Freddie Spencer here at Pocono Raceway in Philladelphia. The circuit is known as the 'Tricky Triangle' amongst the NASCAR drivers but the superbikes used a mix of infield and sections of the banked circuit.

A Walkaround With The Mugen Shinden San TT Zero Winner + Video

Wed, 04 Jun 2014

Earlier today, John McGuinness earned his 21st Isle of Man TT victory, claiming the top step in the TT Zero electric motorcycle race aboard the Mugen Shinden San. His single-lap race time of 19:17.300 means he averaged an astonishing 117.366 mph, destroying the existing lap record of 109.675 mph set last year by Michael Rutter aboard the MotoCzysz. Unfortunately, due to health reasons, the Michael Czysz could not field a team this year. In this video, Mugen’s UK Project Manager, Colin Whittamore tells us more about the Shinden San during testing before the TT.

You. Call. That. Lean

Jean Philippe Ruggia, 1988, Coppice at Donington Park, Sonauto-Yamaha 250. This is elbow lean action. There was a previous blog entry of Ben Spies and his elbow grazing the tarmac onboard the M1 Yamaha, I admit it is impressive but I find myself admiring the horizontal angles that Ruggia submitted his 250 Yamaha to, with the above image taken at Coppice as a prime example.
