Victory Cross Country description

I am selling my 2010 Victory Cross Country.  I purchased this bike May 29th 2013 with 12873 miles from a dealership in Oklahoma.  I put about 10,000 miles on this bike riding this bike to Sturgis, to the East Coast and back, through the Dragons Tail, and many other small trips and wouldn't hesitate riding this bike anywhere today!  Since I have owned this bike I have always had it serviced by a Victory Certified Mechanic, but all it has ever needed was regular maintenance, tires, and a battery .  My wife and I really do hate to sell it but we have had 2 kids in the last 2 years and it hasn't been hardly rode in the last year and we have recently purchased a boat so it is going to get rode even less.  I had a brand new battery put in it 2 days ago (the bike has only been rode twice this year and the battery was bad from sitting and I forgot to put it on the trickle charger).  This bike has the Kurkyan hand grips, an ipod adapter, and highway pegs.  As you can see from the pictures it has a drivers back rest, and the passenger trunk / back rest.  I also have the passenger back rest that can be used if you take the trunk off.  I had the exhaust tweaked at the dealership when I bought it giving it a more throaty sound.  Its not overly loud, but definitely doesn't sound like a stock Victory.  I am also throwing in 2 nice Victory riding jackets that I paid a hundred bucks a piece for.  This really is a very nice bike that I really will miss.  The title is clear and in my name with no liens.  The bike does have a very few cosmetic imperfections that were on the bike when I bought it, but very nicely covered up until the first time I washed it.   They are not bad at all and can't be seen from a distance but I am not going to cover them up (they could be) and not be honest.  There is a small scratch on the gas tank.  I photographed it, and the picture actually made it look worse than it is.  There is a small scratch in the right lid of the saddle bag.  There is a little bit of rash on the underside of the right saddle bag.  The right saddle bag badge chrome has some scratches in it ( I tried to photograph it but the scratches didn't really show up).  The last thing is the left highway peg is bent.  I have never replaced it because it didn't bother me and I kind of actually liked it the way it was bent.  This bike runs flawlessly and I would jump on it and go anywhere.  It is a VERY comfortable bike to ride, and down the road when my kids are older I will definitely look for another Victory.  If you have any questions just let me know.

**If you are using a shipper you will have to arrange that, but I will do my best to work with them to get the bike picked up.  This bike WILL NOT leave my garage until the funds are verified.  I have sold a lot of stuff on eBay and other online sites and I am very familiar with all the scams that come with internet sales**

848 Challenge: Silverstone race results

Mon, 26 Sep 2011

Race 1: Race 1 produced another memorable 848 Challenge race, with Mike Edwards (MSKworks.com) in determined mood to record his first race victory of the season. But Kenny Gilbertson (AOR/Boast Plumbing), Leon Morris, and Robbie Brown (Ducati Manchester) were to push him all the way, with the front four riders each having held the lead by the half way point. Further back Mark Cheetham (Shorrocks Motorcycles) was trading places with ex-Champion Darren Fry (JHP/Buildbase Ducati) with Aaron Brown (Ladybirds Ducati) and Ricky Holden (Holden Racing) less that a second apart.
