1978 Yamaha XS (1978)
Selling my 1978 Yamaha XS1100F bike, the bike has been kept in storage under cover most of its life and has been sitting ever since we got it from its original owner. The bike was involved in a collision which affected the left side of the engine. Besides breaking the cover over the bikes distributor, it doesn’t appear to have damaged anything else on the bike. Sun, 07 Jun 2015Victory has teamed up with Roland Sands Design to completely declassify the Project 156, a hand-built race bike for the annual Pikes Peak International Hill Climb. The motorcycle is equipped with a liquid-cooled V-twin, powered by two 67-mm “chokes”, which are supplied with air through an air intake located in a false tank. The fuel tank is located under the engine.

Harley-Davidson FXS/FLS models now have stylish Predator Seats available for their bike. The solar-reflective leather on the seat surface is claimed to reduce the surface temperature of a sun-baked seat by “as much as 25 degrees.” The sides are constructed of automotive-grade vinyl.
