    This 2003 V Star was pulled apart down to the frame at 32000K for the sole purpose of cleaning and rebuilding everything.  The engine was repainted, valves lapped, compression was checked.  The frame was repainted, all wiring was checked and or replaced and all the tins were custom painted to a chameleon orange/brown/root beer/emerald with orange pearl flames.

    I am selling my 2003 Yamaha V-Star 1100 Classic. Over the past few years I have ridden it less and less, and bikes need to be ridden.  This bike is maxed out with hard saddle bags, windshield, leather accent pieces, backrest for both seats, and other accessories.  It has very low miles on the bike (13,000) as I have not ridden it much in the last 4 years.  Now there is a small oil leak and can be fixed easily with a gasket change. Other than that, nothing else is wrong with the bike, just needs the chrome polished.

    This Yamaha V-Star 650 bike is in good condition.  Recently had carburetor rebuilt and cleaned and the engine runs very, very well.  This is a lower to the ground bike so it is great for new riders to learn on and enjoy or the experienced rider to just enjoy.  It is a classic cruiser bike.  Plus..the power is enough to get up and go and keep up with your friends with a higher cc as the bike will easily get to 110 mph or higher.  The ride and feel of this bike is very smooth....read online reviews. The bike has a dent in the left front of the tank and the front fender mounts will need to be straightened a bit as they are a tad out of line.  The forks are straight and even.  I believe the bike may have been "laid down" at one point in the past and this is what caused the front fender mis-alignment and dent in the tank. Honestly, I have ridden the bike 8 miles and that is the amount of wear on both new tires.

Victory has teamed up with Roland Sands Design to completely declassify the Project 156, a hand-built race bike for the annual Pikes Peak International Hill Climb. The motorcycle is equipped with a liquid-cooled V-twin, powered by two 67-mm “chokes”, which are supplied with air through an air intake located in a false tank. The fuel tank is located under the engine.

From an EnduroCross press release: Factory Beta and Stillwell Performance-backed Cody Webb took a decisive win tonight in Salt Lake City’s inaugural AMA GEICO EnduroCross event. The win was Webb’s second after taking the first round victory in Las Vegas and puts him and his Beta two-stroke 300 into the points lead. The race fans in attendance at the Energy Solutions Arena saw a night go almost perfectly for GEICO-supported Webb.

This weekend the EnduroCross championship makes its way to Denver and the National Events Center for the fifth round of the nine-round series. Truckloads of dirt, mountains of rock and piles of logs are coming together to create an EnduroCross course that’s sure to challenge racers and entertain fans.  Excitement will be a mile-high this weekend as the EnduroCross Championship puts three different race winners into an epic battle for valuable points before the halfway point in the series. Beta/GEICO-backed Cody Webb has led since his first round victory in Las Vegas, but KTM’s five-time champion Taddy Blazusiak is hot on his heels after a big win at the last round in Atlanta and at X-Games. And don’t count out Colton Haaker.

NHTSA Launches Recall Look-up by VIN Tool

Drag Specialties Releases New Harley FXS/FLS and Victory Hammer Seats

Drag Specialties, long known for its quality aftermarket parts, has released new seats for two different American motorcycle manufacturers. Harley-Davidson FXS/FLS models now have stylish Predator Seats available for their bike. The solar-reflective leather on the seat surface is claimed to reduce the surface temperature of a sun-baked seat by “as much as 25 degrees.” The sides are constructed of automotive-grade vinyl.
