The Piaggio MP3 250 is an innovative three wheeler that works great in city traffic and is very comfortable for longer travels as well. The Piaggio MP3 250 is backed up by a revolutionary two-wheel tilting front suspension technology, which provides superior stability and agility. At the heart of the vehicle sits a 244.3 cc, single-cylinder quasar, 4-stroke, 4-valve, liquid cooled engine which generates a maximum power of 22.5 bhp and 21 ftlbs of torque at 6,750 rpm. The Piaggio MP3 250 has a maximum speed of 77 mph and delivers 60-65 mpg. The stopping power is handled by front and rear 240 Mm stainless steel brake discs. The MP3 rides on 12" front 120/70, and 14" rear 130/70, tires. This scooter has meticulous care. It is always well maintained, garaged and covered so there is no exposure to external elements. A complete annual maintenance plus, was just performed through an authorized Vespa/Piaggio dealer in Tucson. This scooter is in excellent condition!! |

An estimated 10,000 Vespas scooted across the Italian province of Mantua for Vespa World Days 2014, a celebration of the iconic scooter brand. The Vespa parade traveled from the city of Mantua to San Benedetto Po for the second day of the festival.

Tue, 04 Feb 2014The Motorcycle Industry Council (MIC) reported a modest 1.4% growth in U.S. motorcycle and scooter sales in 2013, with consumers purchasing 465,783 vehicles. The sales data represents numbers from the MIC’s member brands which include BMW, Can-Am, Ducati, Harley-Davidson, Honda, Kawasaki, KTM, the Piaggio Group (which includes Aprilia, Moto Guzzi and Vespa), Victory, Suzuki, Triumph and Yamaha.
