Returns and Exchanges

	All returns or exchanges must obtain a Return Authorization (RA #) prior to sending anything back. We will generate this for you along with the instructions you will need when you contact us.

	Shipping costs paid for expedited or international shipments are non-refundable.

	Exchange Policy - NO FEES - 30-Day Limit
	We offer FREE exchanges with NO FEES! The item(s) must be sent back within 30 days of delivery to you. Item(s) must be returned exactly as they were shipped to you (not used or installed and must include all tags, boxes and wrapping). The buyer is responsible for shipping both ways for the exchange. When you contact us for the RA #, we will verify the availability of the new item(s) requested. Please include a copy of your invoice with the exchange and make note of the RA # on it. Make sure to provide your phone number and email information.

	Return Policy - 30-Day Limit
	Returns are charged a 10% restock fee that will be deducted from your refund. The buyer is responsible for sending the item back.

	* Any item that has been installed, used, worn or is missing the original packaging / tags cannot be returned.
