Return Policy

1.	Refunds given only if item damaged on arrival and cannot be replaced via PAYPAL. If so please report WITHIN 5 DAYS and RETURN TO US WITHIN 30 DAYS from the delivery date for exchange/refund.

3.	If you need a return, please check twice to confirm the item is damaged or not working and contact our customer service representative, let us know the detailed problem and send us a picture for confirmation. Then get a unique address for return.
4.	All exchanges and refunds need to be assigned a RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) prior to return. We will not process an exchange or refund without a RMA number.
