Ural Wolf description

For sale is an EXTREMELY RARE Ural wolf with only 768km on it which is like 500 miles!!!  This bike was stored for years by an older rider with only a few miles put on a year. If you are not familiar with the Ural Wolf do a google search. It was developed by Ural in cooperation with the Russian biker club The Night Wolves. What makes it even more unique is that it has an authentic Ukrainian sidecar mounted on it. The sidecar was ordered from the Ukraine and brought here through customs. I have all the paperwork. Then the Wolf was custom fabricated to put a sidecar on it. I have owned other Urals and this combination rides and handles the best of all. I think it may be due to the lower center of gravity and the raked front end but whatever it is, it works extremely well. It is also by far the most comfortable. Nice lower cushioned seat and two sets of controls...yes, it has forward controls to stretch out your legs and still have ability to shift and brake. All original tires brakes, etc. that work like new. Brembo brakes front and back. Windscreen, sidecar cover, original tools, owners manual. Harley Davidson saddlebags for extra storage.Carbs have been rebuilt, rejetted, slides drilled and needles shimmed. Throttle response is best I have experienced on a Ural. If you live local, come see for yourself!! Good luck bidding !!!

Cool Cycles Ice Cream

Mon, 20 Apr 2009

John Gibson had a vision 15 years ago to sell ice cream from a motorcycle sidecar, inspired while running as he listening to motivational guru, Tony Robins. After years of experimenting with different bikes and setups, including using the Russian made Ural (he once owned a Ural dealership), Gibson, finally settled on the Honda 750 Shadow and the Harley-Davidson 883 Sportster. The Cool Cycles Ice Cream Company is open for business, the headquarters are located in Tacoma, WA where they will start selling franchises within a 100 mile radius, the Los Angeles area will be next and Las Vegas to follow.

Ural Sales Increase 39 Percent In 2011

Wed, 11 Jan 2012

Ural, the funky motorcycle sidecar manufacturer from Russia, is boasting a 39% increase in unit sales for 2011. Considering the company’s total expected output for last year was approximately 1,100 models, you won’t notice an influx of sidehacks dominating your local roadways, but this is really good news for the small manufacturer of eclectic two-wheelers, especially in the midst of a deficient economy. Ural recognized an article in the New York Times and a collaboration with bike builder James Hammarhead for some of the company’s increasing popularity.

From the gates of the Irbit plant comes the upgraded "citizen" Ural cT

Thu, 30 Mar 2017

From the gates of the Irbit plant comes the upgraded "citizen" Ural cT - the most affordable motorcycle in the lineup, which has gained points in comfort. The old-school control panel was replaced with a trendy panel with built-in electronics. The second important innovation, for which the riders who decide to buy will sing the glory to IMZ, are the more comfortable “one and a half” seats, which replaced the rubber “frogs” (or “tractor” ones, as you like).
