Triumph Tiger tech info

Triumph Tiger description
Up for auction is my 1968 T100S...the bike had been sitting as shop art in a HD dealership for a number of years and has matching numbers. I installed new tires, tubes and rim tapes both front and rear. All fluids, including oil tank, oil sump, primary and forks, were changed with fresh, correct oils. All drain plugs were fitted with new seal gaskets resulting in almost zero oil leaks. Also installed new battery, ignition wires, plugs and points. Timing was also re-set. When I first started riding the bike this spring, it had some primary noise. I replaced the clutch, inner primary chain and rotor. I also rebuilt the transmission. Now the bike runs, shifts and rides as new. It is currently, licensed, insured and being ridden on the road. A one kick (most times) starter.
The bike is located in southern Ontario approximately one hour north of Buffalo. I have shipped bikes to the U.S. before and will help in arranging shipping. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. A non refundable deposit of $500 must be received within 24 hours of auction end. I will not accept pay pal for the balance of the purchase. Payment must be by wire transfer or check (cleared by bank before shipping). The bike is listed locally, so reserve the right to end the listing early. Please note: In their infinite wisdom, e-bay Canada does not allow an option for US or Cdn. dollars. TO BE VERY CLEAR, THE PRICE LISTED IS $7900 USD. |
