Triumph Tiger description

2004 Triumph Tiger 955i
(Super low mile 1 owner bike)
Runs, drives and looks like a new bike. It is factory original except for new tires and a new battery.

This is probably the cleanest 2004 Tiger you will ever find again. The color is Lucifer Orange it is a very pearlescent color that pictures just would not capture accurately.

The only reason for selling this motorcycle is my 11 year old daughter who I scared terribly after wrecking my Harley so here we are.

If you have any questions please contact me but there is not much to answer it truly is in like new condition. It's never been down never been modified and ready to ride cross country.

Classic Off-Road Bikes Featured in Braving Baja: 1,000 Miles to Glory Exhibition

Sat, 06 Apr 2013

Back in the 60s, American Honda tested the durability of its motorcycles by sending a CL72 Scrambler on a 950-mile trek through rocks, sand washes, dry lake beds, mountain passes and paved roads. Fifty years later, that legendary run is remembered for inspiring one of the most significant off-road races in the world—the Baja 1000. In celebration, the Petersen Automotive Museum in Los Angeles is hosting a tribute dinner, one-day off road show, and summer-long exhibition called Braving Baja, 1,000 Miles to Glory.

Things are coming along nicely in the Speed Triple camp. I’ve finally removed my gaffa tapped heated jacket controls from the tank, and fitted a pair of Bridgestones sticky but durable BT-16’s. Last week a huge box full of R&G crash protection stuff arrived so that will be fitted at the weekend for peace of mind, just as well really because the Triumph now feels like a finely tuned scratcher thanks to a recent new discovery.

Akrapovic full system for Triumph Daytona 675

Tue, 28 Jun 2011

From Akrapovic is a new full system for the Triumph 675 Daytona: After extensive research and development with the Smiths (Gloucester) Racing team, Akrapovic have now launched a full system for the popular 675 Daytona. Although the bike has been available since 2006 Akrapovic have only ever offered a slip-on silencer option, electing not to develop a full racing system for this bike. However, after unprecedented demand from the WSS and BSS paddock for racing products the decision was made to develop a full racing system in a modular format that allows the headers to be added to existing customer’s slip-on kits.
