Triumph Motorcycles Arriving in India in November

Thu, 01 Aug 2013

It’s a year behind schedule, but Triumph announced it will introduce its motorcycles to India by November. The British manufacturer had been gearing up for an Indian launch for over two years now, initially planning to enter the market in 2012. No reasons were given for the delay, and the sudden departure of Triumph Motorcycles India Managing Director Ashish Joshi didn’t help, but Triumph finally appears ready to start up operations in India.

First Look: Alpinestars Bionic Neck Support

Tue, 02 Nov 2010

I'm predominantly a road rider, so I haven't had much to do with neck braces, until now. I'm heading on the launch of the new Triumph Tiger 800 and there will be a session of light off-roading so I thought this would be a chance to try the Alpinestars Bionic Neck Support, mainly to see what it was like for day-to-day use. I hope I don't crash hard enough to test its protection qualities and I don't expect to be clearing any table tops either, but I'm curious to know how I get on with the BNS and whether it feels claustrophobic.

Drift 3: The Driftpocalypse!

Wed, 03 Jul 2013

Nick “Apex” Brocha and Ernie “E-Dub” Vigil are back for more motorcycle drifting action in their latest flick, Drift 3: The Driftpocalypse! In case you’re not one of the 30 million people who’ve seen the original Drift 1 or Drift 2, the setup is really quite simple: Apex and E-Dub take their specially prepared drift machines and battle it out with their four-wheeled counterparts. The rest is a tasty treat for the eyes.
