2012 Triumph Street Triple R in brilliant pearl white. I own the bike outright with the title in hand, I purchased it brand new in 2012 and it has 7,460 miles spread out over the course of four years. Adult ridden, always garaged, never wrecked or laid down and has never been ridden in rain or any other precipitation. Maintenance is up to date, and it has always been serviced (oil changes, scheduled routine maintenance) at Triumph dealerships (I have all paperwork). The bike is completely stock with the exception of the Triumph bar-end mirrors. Front tire is original with majority of tread remaining; rear tire is essentially brand new. 2006-2009 Triumph Daytona 675 and Street Triple Recalled
Mon, 24 Sep 2012Triumph is issuing a recall on the Daytona 675, the Street Triple and the Street Triple R for model years 2006-2009. According to documents released by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, the regulator rectifier on the affected Triumph units may overheat, damaging its internal components. This may affect the regulator rectifier’s ability to control the charge capacity of the batteries, potentially leading the battery to become discharged completely.

Sun, 13 Nov 2022Now it’s the Triumph Street Scrambler, but 10 years ago it was the Triumph only Scrambler, and it was time to open fire with the Steve McQueen marketing machine. Seems to have worked, really, and Triumph has seen fit since then to update the base Scrambler with a bigger new liquid-cooled Twin that still looks vintage. And its pair of bigger Scrambler 1200s, XE and XC, are truly sublime motorcycles we’d ride anywhere.
