2009 Triumph Street Triple in truly new condition. 251 total miles since new, original owner, bought new in 2009. Garaged in climate controlled building since new, never even been wet, not rained on or even washed, never even been dirty. Cleaned regularly with Meguirs Quick detailer and wax. Started regularly and battery tender always attached. You will not find a nicer example of this machine. Basically just been on display - can't justify that anymore...
This is a great bike, powerful, handles excellent, light weight, and amazing looks. I added the factory Fly Screen over the headlights, the lower exhaust shroud and the rear wheel internal fender as well as a subtle turn signal and plate relocating kit. Original parts are available as needed. Other than that its completely original. Clean title in hand, registered and insured at this time. Since then, the 69 year-old industrial designer has become obsessed by fuel consumption - or rather highlighting how poor motorcycles are delivering impressive figures. He originally ran a series of fuel challenges in the eighties and now the economy has taken a nose dive, he has resurrected the competition, figuring that the time is now right to highlight these issues again. According to Vetter, three of every four American gallons of petrol is imported – reason enough to devote his time to raising awareness.
2013 Triumph Trophy SE Recalled in Canada for Potential Fuel Leak
Thu, 30 May 2013Transport Canada has announced a recall for the 2013 Triumph Trophy SE because of a potential fuel leak. As yet, no recall has been announced for the U.S., but we expect one to be announced shortly by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. According to Transport Canada, the fuel tanks on certain Trophy models may have been manufactured incorrectly and may leak fuel.

If it disturbs you it's wrong until either the machine or your mind is changed". But is any Triumph single ever capable of producing a sensation of tranquility, even when it is 'right'? I suspect not...
