Triumph Other description

Super low miles.

Custom matte black and matte silver paint. Fork gaiters. Clip-ons (cafe racer style handlebars). Fender eliminator kit, led lighting kit, wide rear wheel kit, D&D TT Race exhaust, D9 layflat bracket for tach and speedo.

Exhaust is loud. Not soft, like most Triumph exhaust kits out. This one is awesome. Check out some of the youtube videos featuring the TT exhaust on the Thruxton. I may end up uploading my own video of the bike, but for now, these will give you an idea of what it sounds like;

Was dropped once back in '14. Fully repaired with exception of engine cover. I left the one scratched bit as a reminder/bit of character--like a scar that reminds you of what not to do again. The kind folks at South County Rider Supply in San Clemente, California repaired it and afterward, I had them do all of the custom work as well.

If you have questions, fire away.

2012 Triumph Tiger 1050 and 1050SE – New Suspension, Handlebars and Colors

Tue, 27 Sep 2011

Triumph announced some updates to its Tiger 1050 and Tiger 1050SE for 2012, though at the moment it appears only the SE version will be offered in the United States. The 2012 Triumph Tiger 1050 and the special edition version receive updated suspension with new damping settings for both the front and the rear as well as a stiffer rear shock. Triumph says the updates will provide a more controlled ride for both riding solo or with a passenger while brake diving is also reduced.

2015 Triumph 250 Preview

Mon, 18 Nov 2013

With all the new motorcycles Triumph presented earlier this month at the 2013 EICMA show in Milan, Italy, we were hoping to see the company’s new 250cc models. Unfortunately, the new small-displacement Triumph models (which made our list of Top 10 Motorcycles to Watch For at EICMA) were not yet ready to be revealed, though Triumph did offer us a glimpse of what to expect, with a sketch of its 250 sportbike. At Milan, the company referred to the sportbike as “Triumph’s New 250″, though it will get a proper name when it’s officially, presented as a 2015 model, likely at next year’s EICMA show or at Intermot in Cologne, Germany.

2013 Triumph Trophy Recalled for Incorrect Tire Label

Mon, 24 Dec 2012

The 2013 Triumph Trophy is being recalled because a NHTSA label listing the sport-tourer’s tire data has the wrong information. According to documents released by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, the tire label on some Triumph Trophy models list erroneous tire and laden weight information. The labels are mandated by NHTSA and can be found affixed to the left side of the main frame headstock on the Trophy.
