2008 Triumph Rocket Touring 2-Tone (Black/White) +EXTRAS VIN: SMTC0518J340317 HISTORY: Purchased new in 2008 at Triumph of Sarasota FL (Hap's Cycles), and maintained regularly by a Triumph Certified Technician, this model was babied and almost over-serviced, with too many records to print. Current mileage is 74,000mi and last full-service was at 72,000mi and it has gone cross country, twice... including Alaska, and riding now the scenic countryside of Central Pennsylvania. Before-and-after every road trip, this Rocket always went in for inspection and appropriate service. Every effort was made to ensure safety and performance for enjoyable riding experience, now its your turn to enjoy the ride. DESCRIPTION: When every bike dreams growing up to be a motorcycle, it wants to be a Triumph Rocket. There are three versions of the Rocket the Classic, Roadster, and Touring. None of them are a beginner's bike, this is a mean machine with 2300cc engine and the most powerful mass production motorcycle on the planet. I've also owned the 2005 Classic, which is nice as a naked street bike - but does not have the Touring's quick-release options (see 'INCLUDED' below). Windshield, passenger seat, sissy bar and luggage rack can go on/off in less than 5 minutes. From solo seat streetbike to full-accessory 2-up touring motorcycle, I can personally make the switch in under 2 minutes. Also, panniers (hard saddle bags) easily come off by simply using a coin if you don't have a medium flat head screwdriver. INCLUDED: Factory 2-up comfort seat Solo rider seat + backrest Passenger gel seat Quick release sissy bar + gel pad Sissy bar bag Chrome luggage rack Fuel tank bra with pouch Quick release windshield Anti-theft lock Highway pegs NEW: 08/2013 NEW Battery (tender used to keep it charged - not included). 09/2013 Triumph handlebar grips (defective heated throttle grip snapped last month 10/2013). 10/2013 Gear actuator (chrome) and ball joint thread assembly for shift rod (original black included, with 2 additional spare/backup Triumph ball joints). EXTRAS: 1. GPS Handlebar-mounted TomTom Rider-2 2. Full Body Rain Suit + Waist Carrying Pouch (XL, Dark Blue) 3. Rider Half Helmet (Large), Passenger Half Helmet (Medium) 4. Flipmeisters Center Paddock Stand + Steel Long Handle Breaker Bar 5. Triumph Front Brake Pads (Spare Set) 6. Chrome Trim for front fender, and around saddle bags 7. Auxiliary lights + Fog lights 8. Triumph Chrome Rear Fender Medallion 9. Throttlemeister Cruise Control MSRP is $17,000 and I'm asking only $10,500 (get it now, before I change my mind) Thanks, Matt Cell (202)215-2501

Triumph Announce New Street Triple Lineup For 2023
Wed, 02 Nov 2022Limited Edition Street Triple Moto2 Edition Headlines The Show Triumph has announced a shakeup to its ever-popular Street Triple range today, introducing not one, but three evolutions to the family, creating what it says is “the most powerful Street Triple range ever.” Building off the success it has forged by being the sole engine supplier for the Moto2 racing category, Triumph now introduces the Street Triple R, Street Triple RS, and the Street Triple 765 Moto2 Edition – the latter of which will be relegated to just 765 units worldwide. Unlike Honda, whose CBR600RR engine was the basis of the Moto2 category during its birth, Triumph has used the racing category to advance the 765cc three-cylinder engine shared between the race bikes and production bikes. The latest Street Triple range is the beneficiary of those advancements.
Triumph introduced a new urban hooligan
Mon, 05 Feb 2018Naked Speed Triple got an update! The super-charismatic Speed Triple first appeared in 1994 and was essentially a Daytona 900 sportbike without a fairing. The new device is presented in the S and RS versions, carries the former 1050 index, but can do something more than its predecessor.
