On certain 2010 Triumph Thunderbirds, including some ABS-equipped units, the four screws on the front fender mounts may come loose. According to documents filed with the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, the plating used on the fender mounting included friction modifiers which are not compatible with the thread lock compound used on the screws.

The Anakee III will also be available as a replacement option for other leading dual sport bikes, like the Suzuki V-Strom, Kawasaki KLR, Triumph Tiger and Yamaha Super Tenere.
