Triumph Daytona description

Consider this 04 Triumph Daytona 600 bike as a mechanics special, parts bike or project bike. The bike will need some Electrical and Mechanical TLC. Bike was brought into our shop to be repaired and was diagnosed with electrical failure. Possible ECU failure. Bike was left as payment for diagnosis completed. The previous owner had also tried to wire accent lights. The body work is 75% -80% complete and has a few scrapes here and there. This would make a great project bike.
The bike is the stock original yellow 600 with the 4 cylinder engine. We are not looking to part out the bike.  Sold as is and no warranty implied.
You are responsible for arranging and paying for shipping and / or pick up.
We accept cash in person, all major credit cards and personal checks.( Personal checks and cashiers check subject to banks approval).

2013 Triumph Trophy Fuel Tank Recall Now Includes US

Fri, 07 Jun 2013

A recent recall announced for the 2013 Triumph Trophy and Trophy SE for a potential fuel leak has now expanded to the U.S. The recall, previously announced by Transport Canada, concerns a production error for the fuel tank of the affected units. According to documents released by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, the two layers used in the construction of the fuel tank may not properly adhere to each other, resulting in a potential fuel leak.

Another bikes vs. car drift battle

Fri, 13 Jan 2012

Icon have just released a sequel to last year's popular drift video that featured Nick Brocha on a stretched ZX10 racing alongside a Corvette-Powered RX7.  Upping the stakes this time, Brocha is joined by Ernie Vigil, both onboard Triumph Speed Triples that have been built for the sole purpose of moving forward, but sideways. Taking up the rear is a supercharged 550hp Ford Mustang Cobra, quite apt really seeing how the film ends. Like the recent Jorian Ponomareff 'Drift Gymkhana', its great to see another video that does justice to the talent on show.

Freedom Friday Photo Contest

Fri, 12 Apr 2013

Freedom Friday is a call-to-action on the AMA’s Facebook page each Friday to alert motorcyclists about issues posing threats to motorcycling freedoms. Riders can partake in a weekly contest related to these issues and win prizes. Each week’s Freedom Friday photo contest asks AMA members to send a photo of themselves, preferably with their bike, near a symbol of the current topic. The issue that kicks off today is access discrimination, which can be illustrated with a photo of a “No Motorcycles Allowed” sign, “Wilderness” sign or anything related to freedom to illustrate their concern as a motorcyclist.
