Triumph Bonneville description

I have owned this bike for years. Bought it right after the original owner resorted it. Still looks like new. I have only rode approx. 1000 miles since the restorations. Looks even better in person. bike is very dependable and start on 1-2 kicks. No issues! I was given the blinkers when I bought it the owner liked it with out them and so did I so never put them back on. Long lost but can be had off eBay for around $100 a set. We also put the 1979 2 into 1 Special pipes. With the 5 speed trans it can runs highway speeds all day, but is also quick.  I get stopped every I go. I just finished restoring a 1968 Bonneville and don't need 2 Bonnies. Clean Texas title. Good luck.

Fri, 03 Dec 2010

The lucrative touring segment will soon get a jolt when Triumph enters the market with a flourish. Spy photos from England’s Motor Cycle News show what looks to be a replacement for the Trophy touring model that bit the dust back in 2003. The bike is much larger than Triumph’s Sprint GT sport-tourer, promising a bigger, more powerful three-cylinder engine.
